How to check PAN card tracking status?
To check pan card tracking status, open the NSDL Protean or UTIITSL application status page and copy the Speed Post consignment number. Enter that code on our homepage to see delivery scans and the current status.
My NSDL PAN status says "Dispatched", but tracking is not found?
When NSDL updates the status to "Dispatched", the consignment code is generated immediately. However, it can take up to 24 hours for the physical package to be scanned at the local India Post booking office. Try tracking again the next morning.

Usually, physical delivery is completed in 3 to 7 days from the dispatch date. For remote or rural addresses, it may take 7 to 10 business days depending on domestic post connectivity.
Can I track my UTIITSL PAN card status here?
Yes. Once UTIITSL dispatches your card and displays the Speed Post consignment number on their portal, copy it and track it here. Note that coupon numbers cannot be searched directly on our tracker; only consignment codes are supported.
What should I do if my PAN Card is returned to NSDL/UTIITSL?
If the post office is unable to deliver the card, it is returned to Protean (NSDL) or UTIITSL. You must visit the respective website, click on PAN helpline/support, submit your acknowledgement status, and request redelivery with correct address proofs.
Can I collect my PAN Card from the local post office branch?
Yes. If you see the status as "Item Received" at your local delivery post office and want it urgently, you can go there in person with your tracking number and photo ID card (Aadhaar or Voter ID) and request them to hand it over.
